For me I'd thing i would want a song with a high bpm range and have loads of energy, so as an example, a horrible workout song for me would be something like "In the Hall of The Mountain King"
What are songs that you can think of that would not be so great, when working out?
Absolute worst songs to workout to?

Well, considering you want something that motivates you, The total opposite of that i'd think would be jazz or swing.

I can't imagine doing a workout to something like Johnny Cash's Ring of Fire

Agreed. Now I forgot to post an example of a song that would be horrible to workout to. For swing, I can't see anyone dancing to Glenn Miller's "Pennsylvania 6-5000" For jazz music, I cant imagine running a treadmill or anything heart racing to anything by Nat King Cole or similar

Hm. When I think of swing, I can picture dancing at a pretty good click, and I would think that it might count as some sort of workout, though its technically one? I guess that can be for debate.Mister Clean wrote: ↑Fri Nov 17, 2023 1:04 pm Well, considering you want something that motivates you, The total opposite of that i'd think would be jazz or swing.
